Omar, born in Tarquinia, Italy, moved to Melbourne in 2012. Founder of “Creiamo Emozioni culture,” he authored the best-selling book “Creating Emotions.” Omar believes a restaurant’s success goes beyond food—it’s about the entire experience. He challenges his team to create personalized emotional connections with clients. Holding degrees in Sales, Marketing, and Psychology, Omar was a finalist for ‘Best Young Italian Entrepreneur’ in 2018. Known for rebranding restaurants, his most notable projects are ‘Cosi Bar Ristorante’ and ‘Vaporetto Bar & Eatery.’ His mantra: Great Food, Great Service, Great Hospitality.
Andrea Abbondanza
Ceo of Seo for Restaurants
Andrea has always had a passion for delicious food, dating back to childhood. Being Italian-Australian has given Andrea the opportunity to experience the best of both worlds – the mouthwatering Italian cuisine and the diverse flavors of Australia. For Andrea, food brings people together, and that’s what makes it so special. With 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Andrea has worked in fantastic restaurants in Milan, Sydney, and Melbourne as both a manager and help chef. This journey has provided Andrea with invaluable insights into what makes a restaurant successful and how to boost revenue through effective marketing strategies.
